Community Services requires individuals to provide quality customer service to the public at community leisure centres across the City. As a Recreation Facility Attendant you will:. o& Z7 Y }" J; W1 E5 h8 @

Collect fee and admission charges.

Register patrons in programs.

Perform accommodation setups and inspections.

Perform basic administrative duties including word processing, data entry and generating inventory reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade with emphasis on general office practice or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved school/college.

Some experience in customer service, cash handling, and computer applications.# ^8 g" |2 D7 Y' m. b

* I2 k, X, o* @; G& WPossession of current Standard First Aid and CPR certification is required prior to commencement of employment.

9 a& _/ }* y; c/ H6 ?Assets: Customer service training and familiarity with a variety of computer software programs, including point of sale, registration software and other facility related computerized equipment. In addition, knowledge and experience in the fitness industry.7 N/ A8 o t+ p3 ]
Note: A security clearance is a condition of employment. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Security Clearance letter from the Edmonton Police Department.

HOURS OF WORK:

, t# ?! r) B. z7 Z21B, Salary Grade: 003, $14.55 - $17.97 (Hourly). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton./ @% W2 s- _- R/ c! k
