AFUNCTIONS: Community Services requires individuals to provide quality customer service to the public at community leisure centres across the City. Q& ]. q# c6 S  sPerform accommodation setups and inspections. · Control admission to various areas of the facility. : ^6 Z  D- t2 M· Perform basic administrative duties including word processing, data entry and generating inventory reports. 2 f5 N) R, J2 K3 L' B) p· Sell sundry items, prepare a daily deposit, keep daily attendance records and enter statistical data. · Perform related duties as required JOB REQUIREMENTS: * _6 q9 c; G& w" k0 r·   n8 t+ j+ D  G& y/ F' sCompletion of the twelfth (12th) school grade with emphasis on general office practice or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved school/college. · Some experience in customer service, cash handling, and computer applications. · , R( `7 J9 u6 u1 D' EPossession of current Standard First Aid and CPR certification is required prior to commencement of employment. · ( f" I* ^& j- }( I# \Assets: Customer service training and familiarity with a variety of computer software programs, including point of sale, registration software and other facility related computerized equipment. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Security Clearance letter from the Edmonton Police Department. " d! [4 R) |' Q3 R HOURS OF WORK: Up to 30 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday. Early morning, evening and weekends may be required. 7 G' ]  S! x' M( PShifts vary based on facility operating hours, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. , R) k! P4 F; F& X- x- Z0 C% bSALARYRANGE: 21B, Salary Grade: 003, $14.55 - $17.97 (Hourly).
