The same ads is used multiple times by different builders in the same issue.

What does it mean?

Jayman Master Builder is a very famous builder in Alberta. Not just a crasy person or owner. I'll find out what's going on this Saturday. (6*5k$=30K drop).

1。 "Edmonton new home" 上没找到；
2。 Jayman 网站也无此信息。

1. The ad listed in Page 7 and 32 is from Lincolberg (low quality house), not Jayman. 为何相混？
2. Lincolberg 仅拿少量房子做促销，和卖车做广告类似，你去买多半不会有。目前，在 Ellerslie 1100 ft dupleX 要价$322000. 不会再降。
