• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder / W0 @6 n# t* v" h% p
• 4 eggs, well beaten

Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. 6 m, `3 X$ q- u @
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. , n# Z$ K0 w8 s1 i; v) X
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.$ x7 _/ \- a' Q+ N
) V( s0 ?; o9 o; r2 F这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
