烤蛋糕

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)' A! ~8 y6 ^% L$ Y0 \( x: K
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)

• 4 eggs, well beaten

PREPARATION:" ]# c7 L2 W& M+ M3 b
Beat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

9 s7 c1 O+ _/ G9 q Q5 _$ y+ K这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
