烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)2 J2 w# Y6 U! ^4 g7 u
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder & r5 I; X. g1 l' g
• 4 eggs, well beaten

3 l3 T1 H6 `4 ]- zBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. # ^- e0 L) x, C! ]# S
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
" _) u# g3 R8 Z9 U1 ?Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
