5 R4 L; z" R- c! C$ Y$ Oand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
/ k7 S( d0 s, u8 u+ W4 x* ^Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
