Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
- k( v4 w1 [" r0 m; I  R$ XBought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
  C! ~& b' X/ V6 `0 H5 Iand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
* z4 l; N9 H) ]5 i- r8 \That unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
