, s! t& I( P$ U9 J5 rBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition.

For beating, you can buy a simple Hand Mixer for about $10. It can not only be used for making cakes but also bread, or mashed potatoes(土豆泥)ect. |
