strong track record in molecular and/or cellular biology and willingness

Qualified candidates should have a PhD or MS degree within 5 years or will
$ f* g. X+ O/ n7 w7 u; ]7 G. qobtain one within 2-3 months, in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a* q' B! T+ e7 E4 m& M
related field. Extensive experience in protein expression and purification
" p _' R, M- l, k' Xfrom bacterial or eukaryotic sources, and/or in mammalian cell culture, is, o' @7 l% |- x$ L
required. Familiarity with recombinant DNA techniques, including PCR, DNA
/ ~5 `6 z' S' d ^cloning and mutagenesis is also required. Prior experience in protein
- o+ o. m9 K( Q. bover-expression in insect cells/yeast, or large-scale protein purification. }: |2 J9 W; B# y9 o
is a good plus. The position requires excellent organizational skills with
6 v+ Y) p0 e5 othe ability to work independently and multi-tasked along with keeping' ^1 h" y, w; _" C# ]% J
accurate and complete research records.

salary for the successful candidate will be 55-60K/yr depending on
