Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering. " o" N, s0 J p5 l5 \7 I' ^

8 M9 P G# J+ H" DExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.: l6 H' N/ d( L) m: W

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. % v/ R3 |3 |1 a: b$ ^

Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.
