Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

. o9 n# g* [: g; _( N) k7 n) m cPractical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. X: J% k9 u' m# E2 a8 ?) {; f
