Interview 1: by manager and technical leader
/ S' J/ D9 ]) u( ], I0 [-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok./ i+ a! w$ j7 B' q" h$ K i2 Q
-Other questions:
$ u! k4 Z# A% N. @! l/ ?7 rManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).9 T9 Y/ `7 q6 j4 O5 a+ r

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.5 S8 }! Y) z- O$ q, S

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.- w8 q+ j! Q3 C& _" n
( G; N3 J }$ T* i7 ?One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.3 @$ b+ n1 y3 c e- y

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.: U" f7 P# r# p- R% W* a- T
9 C: `1 E. C9 ?! J) g2 E2 O% \HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).6 w" l3 ^. l5 b
- ]$ i$ w) n# E% B+ e0 MHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!! G5 F( ~* Z; C/ P8 i7 H
