My background:
( I; c1 t( ]6 z& B: V/ GBS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

, k% T7 w6 |5 p& [-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR

; S. ~; H& p. x, ZThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.& z& q( {7 M2 Q2 q
8 m$ F# c. n8 g+ y: COne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

_$ w2 c! G1 K6 x* bHR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

+ P# D, F3 T! ]/ n' y& yHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).4 o; i7 q; m1 U. o0 J1 b
s+ e$ O; R4 H. W) eHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
