Interview 1: by manager and technical leader

-Other questions:
& V: l6 q$ @5 [( G6 J) nManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).4 c$ u% v* C! A5 |/ n1 L5 d2 y+ n: ^
( o: Z: R- [2 l5 ]; y% E8 pFinally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress./ s7 Z- z# ]" F: _2 m9 F. v( f2 I/ {/ G

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.7 ^- R5 Z% _% O
) Y* [0 q( N# V( R( j* KOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

1 s. Q3 I% ~; K) r0 {% ^$ ]HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company./ p9 [6 p* D5 | m- O
& H6 h+ i" q s4 @+ VHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).& h7 _: \+ Z+ Q! O: W1 N5 d

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.
