Interview 1: by manager and technical leader% @4 G; J) R& Y: v3 _3 p! ?% G
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok., t9 x) ^( u4 a$ {) D: E
-Other questions:
( r) s3 T; j2 Y/ z5 Y5 t& XManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).- Z8 j$ c- k$ |5 r3 X) j- W9 V

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.3 H! \ @* C# C; H% J

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.5 h" y+ ^( \; F0 r' z t2 q3 d9 \

) w, a+ M- U( \9 X' W+ N$ ]The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.7 _% c. z+ _) `

One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).: n0 g7 w n$ Q) L$ I
1 M. q8 y" ~# j" R% X I1 x+ r iHR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.

One hour later, I got a reject email!

PS: There were many language errors in the original posting. I corrected directly for the most part but the conversational part was corrected in ().By the way, I don't think he failed the interviews because of his language problem.
