enrolment and small class sizes.

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run : i( J/ d! [# H8 n X3 b$ v- n+ G
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - ' [4 s0 f' O6 f2 p
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
0 x. R) y/ `6 R+ c3 J1 u9 \( k: qweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of 8 W* H; l8 W0 q1 F- O$ u% T! ? r4 X
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate \5 \' J- Z9 `. f4 m3 c o
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
0 x: G. R1 h9 N' w0 z# c6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner
% z0 L2 e% x$ s6 M& i& u(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
1 E3 [7 b& b5 d* Q- S: }professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult % l- @: x; l3 P R$ E, K
Canadians learn a second language.

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
4 l8 t( y7 ^* \( ]1 ~no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to
" L$ }# `/ K' b/ ~3 K$ ewrite the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your # m4 c' b \0 K
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
