There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run 7 H1 O. Y, t0 z, {
during the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - 6 R3 z" l! e: r: m$ t; ^1 R
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 6 d- E/ m9 k5 P' ^3 v# r
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of " @" t% A. W: W1 I- e
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
8 U4 ]' K! R$ u, i& P, x" F% N1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
6 m0 t- m, b5 a+ j. ?6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner 5 f0 z8 k. L9 A8 T+ d+ R( y
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by : N$ r k0 W* z: Q( W3 R! J
professional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult
5 i/ p* p6 O7 d: nCanadians learn a second language.

developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test -
$ Q& f, }! v" X) d2 V0 yno appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to

test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
