. x. W e+ c( K& N- promote ISP and other programs and services to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information
, D/ n$ m3 n, o' V- contact with various media: i.e. newspaper, radio, website and newsletter etc./ @" _2 [8 }5 l; _$ L& l$ Y% B
- update and develop brochures, pamphlets, information packages and newsletter etc.3 e1 x( j' B+ B1 D4 Q8 ?
- promote, organize and coordinate activities for Newcomers Club as well as recruit and maintain new members for the Club.
% i9 I5 z t) q3 _5 E- ISP report writing, data collection, evaluations conduct and budget management.7 q; F4 j7 B) s% L q/ K$ S
- assist with volunteer recruitment and other business and services as needed and assigned.

Qualifications:
# u( g4 v" h8 Y) H- post-secondary degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline( E/ T6 k( V* Q9 ~" m
- relevant experience with community work3 K4 _0 \% ^# A
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset0 t# s& i6 R% P5 u: X

Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)4 F8 O8 z% f/ r/ T! S" M

6 m6 e$ L* R2 y1 o: v6 J- V2 n- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
9 |$ f7 g8 n6 g8 ^. V5 f B- assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
& @, m" Y) `* ^. I" p- report to the program manager and provide clerical support to all members of the ISP team
