Skills and Competencies:
) G% z$ c- M2 C- G3 G•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
. ^6 j9 r! W- _/ ^2 ^  G9 h9 E•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
& j* E, n* ?# A: V8 U5 @•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
' E% B$ o1 u/ ]: @9 X8 D•        Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
