Skills and Competencies:
# _3 R4 n1 N' A' c4 ]•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
5 V9 e  \( A4 C3 d•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
' X* A1 ~4 U/ Y7 X7 o8 L. n# P+ h$ |•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
# y7 {/ G% ^; m. b6 T3 \. G$ B8 h•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

2 _: w' i4 I1 D" U* k•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
# G: _2 _. o- ?5 e$ N  v, q, B9 k•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
