5 A+ G4 `$ `3 O  d•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
3 d4 K; Q# c+ V. Y5 C8 \, I•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
" X9 e% c9 G- O+ H( q. o•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
8 a* z" F- [- @$ I•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

1 e% k: m' o; x( T) r; X•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

: B  d; j( ?4 F5 q5 e•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
* X0 G5 G8 }3 m* W3 O8 B•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
