2 }* y+ C' O% _1 @9 _•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
2 R' k2 J1 f! `5 k) T- W•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2 F# M" H9 c* D•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

) ]% g& ~, N+ ~Responsibilities:
' W0 k5 @9 }# O# l: _( M0 ~1 s•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
) L/ `7 s1 ]% H7 L0 S( D/ {•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
0 q: C* {* g# z•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
# `) f) T0 S+ U, `  C•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
