It is very easy!

$ z+ n7 e" A ]& ]: x* f ^8 ?8 q7 f2 cput the pan over the flame, no oil, till pan is really hot.
l- ` L5 X) Nplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. / L$ N8 e7 I. G5 G8 n9 Q
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.! ~2 D( i+ U& g* ]. T* g1 V
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
