It is very easy!

place the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown.
* W A3 W& ?0 O2 B0 }then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on./ h. J! T* Q( T, x7 ]
then, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
