shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

7 j8 W7 F( q% Z. Z, a0 zthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.
