楼主有钱，这么多钱买apartment，实在是潇洒！
如果让我选，第一个肯定不买。房屋面积小，紧靠着105ST（过河的大路），车辆奇多，太吵。这个房子唯一好的地方就是新。
第二个房子我去过，说是2004年建的肯定有水分，我知道这个房子在2004年重新装修过的，不过内部非常不错。
第三个我觉得不错，紧靠着河岸，夏天没事到河边散布肯定很爽。不好的地方也是离过河的大街109ST太近，晚上容易吵。
价格就不知道了，让楼下的回答。

我觉得这个不错。 LOCATION很好，去年夏天的时候LIST基本都在400K。不过这个房子就是格局有点不好，走廊时在外面的，我当时总担心冬天下雪容易飘进来。

我不喜欢重新装修的房子，总觉得有内伤！！

感觉金玉其外败絮其中，而且也不便宜，不如买新的。
