) G# G1 M( H7 k/ E: UWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management
' B! h' A& C* c- }4 HResponsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
) Z4 _6 q4 S* u) a. SProvides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
8 f# d  j3 y* n  m8 NWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
) P: K' h, Y1 }: S/ hEdits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
, L( X/ a8 P+ N" V1 ~7 d$ `0 W- aDevelops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
Develops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
