1 |3 W: ?1 H3 x6 r6 V4 lWorks within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
; b% [4 y2 t9 V  |) pResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
  `* l3 C3 P& [5 h& pWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
* h$ H4 e$ S" c8 @* L! @9 }Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
  i8 ~) {8 h. y  H# pDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Designs, develops and implements MySQL relational databases
Qualifications
Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
9 p! W- o3 Q" s2 tRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
