7 n* t% A5 r+ rThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

& l) K9 I7 i" s8 I/ a= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
  @8 U. h, c) XThis price includes:
8 j1 j3 p8 y+ X- X- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- t; e: ^9 p1 g+ }$ P- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
& d* e; g* Z; u& j+ M' [. [5 h- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
