) i# e. f  U9 K( ?( |# m: e# f/ W/ OThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

2 _( I8 M' H! SPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
- X6 [# R' R: f# TThis price includes:
( W; n; t0 m- q0 a6 t3 q- l4 ~- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
0 M+ Y! @0 P' s+ R) j( Z2 ^6 k# A- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

5 z7 f( \$ J; H" }- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
& K- Z! q) ~* V) W- The return Boat fare to Victoria

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
