Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

6 G; I; i; S' p* m* N0 o  JPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

8 x0 }( i& w2 Y; n) B# ?= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
$ l2 E) A& V! h: e# U- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
. o) y; P8 q' k' k0 i2 f8 |# g! {- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
& x! E$ y; C4 ^7 F/ u# }- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

1 z2 {8 w) q# o0 G) B- t2 \And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
