The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

. x) C$ S4 ]/ N7 B! R' l$ b1 D0 i3 `= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
  t( l# ]' p( n8 I- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


- H' u0 @) j2 R% [) T6 T% H6 F- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
% P4 \! i' B( P* C% N& c7 a- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria

$ V- f; d7 T7 \% i/ nAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
