  D7 n- v( ^0 Y  ~" m6 O  D' B1 EThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

+ {+ Z* S: e3 z3 A! MPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
& f3 e/ O# I7 `3 W" H9 l% @This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
9 w. q4 P0 W, b" D6 J5 X- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights


2 _# m* h) W, w2 w" n( g" V- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

9 x' t7 ~6 j# u( ?0 zAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
