+ K3 A. x& D0 s  _The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

- z$ a, C& \* l" k2 CHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

; @0 c' A1 a" u$ ], t% `Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)
" v  b1 U7 l$ R# b/ K# i+ }3 T
/ O+ N) z. U! {/ W4 X5 H= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
1 p6 h6 y' a5 D! e- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
0 M; j, N8 c: j5 L- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

; [7 J6 W/ C4 T1 {8 l- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
