, U& P- j4 l; i+ FContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

3 W9 `: h/ b' E6 X& R& n+ ]# P(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
6 s* O7 q' U5 ]8 k$ S, ?Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
4 n7 h3 ]! C- B7 L9 R+ A
3 Y% o' S! ~1 E7 P0 `- v" `1 dDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
+ i' P2 g4 v9 a! jHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

5 J6 W: _, f! m+ D, \; Z! cDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

Where: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
: ~- U, O) q+ [# \7 l% f) Y# FHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
