- H5 X. L8 k( O+ H' c/ O6 [+ YContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

; G' Y, b; f. b+ A: Q(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
: h3 T! [+ q) {4 N9 B/ G
Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
8 [2 N) `4 L) i+ e; w1 NHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm
1 z# d' x/ a3 D9 G; l
Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time

3 F$ z8 w7 g# q  h5 `- D" t$ jHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
