Meaning: Small pieces that are not used, loose ends.

Example: When you build the fence, save the odds and ends to make toys.

I Stepped into the Bookstore today, flipping over an Oxford Dictionary of Idioms, and spotted these. I heard of this on the movie last night too.$ \. V+ ^: C1 d% S" Z7 e2 {0 e4 l

It means "What are you thinking about?" "What is in your mind" (why you are staring at the ceiling and wordless......."6 \3 ^7 K+ i2 |  G& q) c3 p

I heard this saying last night in a movie, when one said she had something important to tell the other woman, about her husband's cheating on her. The other woman said this sentence. I  thought she meant to mean that she is so eager to know.

+ E% K; a0 l3 ACheck the dictionary and it means:

Very interested in..... or feel suspense in a (story ect. ).8 K' l* G# b+ k! l  U& m
