Terms: hours are flexible with some evening & weekends shifts and provincial travel required / Location: Edmonton / Salary: Competitive / Closing Date: August 18, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.

0 K5 `2 H& a, r( j6 @$ eAbstract: working in collaboration with our E.D. & volunteers, the Program Coordinator will develop/implement various programs including, but not limited to, school/community presentations & special events. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with youth, be extremely self-motivated, outgoing and energetic, and have strong planning, public speaking and communication skills.   

0 F! H) v8 h, j- S8 t5 C) qExperience & Assets: Grade 12 diploma with a minimum of (3) years related work & volunteer experience; administrative experience; knowledge & experience in the non-profit sector.

* z  n  o1 @- o6 J$ d& z) ]Essencial Skills: strong oral, written communication & organizational skills + the ability to plan, coordinate and implement events and program details; exemplary attention to detail & organizational matters; excellent time management skills and an ability to set goals and priorities; ability to work with a broad range of clients and stakeholders; proficient knowledge of MS Office and an ability to learn other computer programs.
