Driver killed in early morning Edmonton crash

; e. ], f- M0 u1 {EDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.
/ V9 L! e5 P, [1 ^Police said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.0 t. J% F/ a/ i1 ~, [* o
Officers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.+ {# s5 X5 V+ H1 ~
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.
