Major Responsibilities:

: w: S. E3 Q2 U y; xGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 e5 E/ E" k4 Y
, l& a) o! {# o, z9 O: l4 SAccounting and Admin:- ^* o. h4 ^# U6 }) f$ }) ~) Z
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
9 u6 q& P% c+ eo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
8 H. V; I: N. l- R/ a8 p( _o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
: a& s$ U: r+ r0 Jo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.- K0 X* F+ }& ^9 L/ f) y
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.9 Q! g" f. B; @9 E% K
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' |* R4 I. Q6 H# g
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.' k% `$ Q0 d4 r. L
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
: V. ]9 d$ J' h% A3 h! G& ^" do Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

! ?$ M: C6 W+ m* d7 Z) ?# E% Wo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
4 E1 m* B/ v) l5 Ho Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
5 C% j( Y0 ~, T: co Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
; z3 A/ v/ Z- K4 }o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.$ p( b8 p4 E6 S; [' L6 r2 ]* T; Y3 }
Clerical:* D' e" q% [2 S. }) d S; [
o Telephone and reception.
* e" L o9 f, e6 W- J/ I4 l- Vo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
5 C) ^; H# N& e$ {; u4 M Co Hotel and travel bookings.$ `, k6 O+ Y) u# f
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
6 G- x/ u* Z r1 c0 mo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.2 t2 C0 D: C- t! }! X
o General office filing.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
