1 G. a/ Q9 E/ k/ | I; k0 NGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.3 j2 \" y5 M3 _1 x+ w% h

Accounting and Admin:
- e8 J8 t, l( _* To Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.* i' o/ d+ i; R4 @9 t( b2 m7 N; b
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
6 v& g/ e' [9 K+ Ko Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
, o; X4 j& _8 a9 q: W5 Go Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.2 o/ g. F, r; g( Y( a+ y$ `
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
2 o' z# o9 \$ F% G6 n$ Q Yo Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc./ K5 J6 ?( [4 z5 t" P1 Y1 a2 m& T
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
( G+ q( Z" `# k0 Q0 T% vo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
7 b- L% ?1 b( \9 A. @1 no Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.
- s2 `0 W% ]3 KOperational:
. _+ C/ {2 n& k& j& U6 H" N& u1 Jo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
# Z5 i5 d8 s+ f, Uo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
- n; F" p i2 m, d' ~8 ^o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
' [! J2 }; {% G9 Y5 `( oo Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles., g- j1 _9 |6 H4 r
Clerical:+ a9 |" V2 v2 S1 ?% e, I
o Telephone and reception.( B7 O6 H, A' ^, c# Q
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.6 p+ q- W8 Z: Y/ r
o Hotel and travel bookings.+ J" v% B. [. T7 s1 Q% Z4 N% q
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.# R8 g& x: P& o$ |8 p5 u0 B, N4 }
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files." R$ S$ Q; K N7 ~

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment. S9 x5 u3 n) }6 s8 t" K# y; U
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
