Major Responsibilities:

" F0 _8 }3 o7 PGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 O. U' h1 `) q1 P# M9 I1 g8 h( V

Accounting and Admin:
5 d3 Y/ }, o* A6 L9 F/ zo Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.! o, N2 m. m! s$ H3 l( U5 s% u7 a
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
9 j# P9 Y# S, i1 j1 U% H! h% k! C; xo Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
7 G# W1 l. k0 P: bo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
0 \$ u" T% j! y9 O7 so Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.0 x2 Q6 v2 h9 h0 M) a+ l
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
) c5 H; A k& Z ~0 S" H. J# { uo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.! e& Z. D" O2 s. i+ k
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
, r% ^8 L& ]) h+ J4 T3 c0 Zo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.# l$ g+ s+ Z5 e6 ~
Operational:
6 c7 \+ h- ]2 g, {$ Wo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
" m \. N3 a# C/ I, A0 u/ ?9 S! Go Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
& B& q9 B' U- L" P0 ^# @$ d) B% l5 @o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
; S( o9 o5 R6 H+ a0 u& To Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.
' l; T7 o' l% Q1 C( b% [Clerical:8 T' F8 M$ g7 v. L e
o Telephone and reception.4 V. {; A) D4 g& o+ s. u
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
* |" k+ q8 e5 f$ m, ^- Go Hotel and travel bookings.0 Q4 K5 e+ \; u2 f Q7 g
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
3 k! C; S* z. e) c) C$ i! co Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.: h8 q2 g. V. }/ b5 e P6 z
o General office filing.
