•        accountable for T.A.N.G. (Towards A Non-Violent Generation) youth program
4 Q- ^$ t" b8 x$ W" p- }) M% @# t•        writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth programs
•        supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
•        coordinate, develop and manage a summer youth program
9 P; W/ ]. ?* A' V! z, V•        liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
- K! J$ T) [4 Y& e5 p3 k/ J+ E•        train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
•        accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model
1 d2 Z, V( E+ `% H0 l  |! k•        demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre
# ?; `/ _; d/ ?% }& Z2 ~( |% O•        participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues
. q1 M" T3 v2 G: z$ ~$ S, y•        be open and willing to explore new ideas
•        assist with other activities/programs at the Centre
•        work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Qualifications
3 t6 w+ u  S- Y+ Q- j. u3 B•        degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
5 K6 D) P; a. C: n- H! F8 H: Z6 [•        good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
  A" d( e3 \' B. _+ s: K- r•        experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
0 |' _: `! A" X. ]' t: @•        leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
•        willingness to learn
