+ L+ u. M* h( m* I$ E We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

1 o' ^+ `2 U! p( j; pDuties:
$ c' j) x" z1 y/ d' U3 U, L7 z  w9 w•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
! B3 N) v1 x1 `& \, D•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
8 Z, i$ C2 R0 r% T( D* w' j•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
. n9 y: }: x1 E•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

: C7 K& P9 s0 t& CRequirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
9 F0 b' Y, K/ [( z# }. j•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
; d" ^* t# n9 S1 h7 I•        Able to travel extensively ;
% Y6 X6 v6 |1 o. A# ]•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
  q1 Q' [' m5 h1 Z0 @( D•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
. z. M9 ~  o4 _& A•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
0 I; o6 }' Y: l, N5 V7 Z7 d$ U•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
