We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
, p4 E( Y  F( B) o1 X; _9 c. E6 J•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
7 _+ q, M) f: c8 r" {2 w•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
3 t; J% d3 h6 S( Y' Z' T1 [•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
" l) I4 r, w4 N$ t! R' z1 n. w•        Able to travel extensively ;
1 y$ y% D! r- u% U: h* g•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
$ v: P+ l* ?  K' L/ V) \•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
* a8 O, p3 f. s" V, o•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
' \8 U1 W  B- T) M) H•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
