We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
5 ~: {4 R! |3 O•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

4 _; L- d6 x" C" p$ VRequirements:
( n; @* Z& _; T3 y$ O•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
, s7 M& {; e2 D6 y; D8 L•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
" W4 Y- X9 m. W! x- ?' q•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
) }- s; \" c) c, `7 C9 o•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
