Technical college diploma in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience


: w. N* `$ C0 c·         Experience providing helpdesk service and support.

4 f+ I. Q# o& V  W* e·         Experience installing and configuring PC desktop, including upgrades and repairs.

·         Experience installing and configuring desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Pro).

& B. c% m3 S0 X4 B·         Experience installing and configuring applications software (i.e., Microsoft Office).

·         Experience in specifying and purchasing of desktop computer systems appropriate to the users needs would be an asset.

Salary Range
From $45,280 to $58,217 per annum. In addition, an incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
