Hours are 28-35 hrs per week (negotiable), and may require some evenings/weekends - to start early to mid November. 5 A4 K! o" K$ m# v9 ^1 _- rResponsibilities: coordinate program plans involving social entrepreneurship & target marketing; supervise Education Services staff; participate as a member of The Support Network's Leadership Team; assist in the development of program related budgets, reports, proposals; coordinate bookings/workshop development; expand & develop external relationships to benefit program; deliver workshops.- R0 L" V; x: G, ^" h6 P- q8 }

You Have: post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education/training/experience; minimum 2 years supervisory experience; experience in Human Services and with business planning, marketing/program development; knowledge of suicide, family violence & crisis intervention.0 v, W! m- |6 y/ @$ N1 P: S
& Q, Q) T% V4 ^ ~% ^- O
Plus: knowledge/experience with Adult Education; excellent written/oral communication & computer skills (including power point); the willingness to work with grace under pressure to meet deadlines; the ability to problem solve & the ability to work in a team environment.
