*In-service training, no previous experience needed& _1 `! j% R. w; c- u! F
*Long work hours, lots of overtime pay" J" F( a! @2 \4 U$ d* Z2 }- G2 N5 C
*Shift work a must (day shift and night shift on two weeks’ rotation)
5 z; C8 m1 b( b% ?- }*Night shift premium （$1 extra per hour for nights)
