How much is your receiver? about $400? some websites sell it cheaper, which is around 320, but I am not sure of their credibility.

You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. 8 P% {7 u& x/ |8 S! N: a1 w 8 |& O( {. ^" \1 M3 mBut even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
