Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

1. Transmission flush 219.95
2. Power steering flush         99.95        
, A* b3 H5 v- N4 E- M% N3. Brake flush         99.95
+ A+ w9 N: V$ C. c6 [5 j( p4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
) Q  k6 `5 H0 }2 Z5 f! p6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
2 b1 L* [% P5 h3 w
" E! O9 }% r* b* d3 y3 P- qDo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

+ w1 z/ F% S/ ZThat's why the vehecle resale value in north america is so poor, lots of people just dont maintain their cars and still complaint their cars are carppy. But, that's a good thing for car dealers and techs like me. I can earn more money

我定期换机油，觉得这个保养就足够了。

- i1 S2 V/ R1 N  J0 O2 H' D至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。

) Y( p8 e, o$ M$ l1 s5 D- b我付的钱，是LEASE期内使用车的价值，严格按照手册保养。
