& G4 `1 M6 |0 v9 g. FDECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

: T6 o' N6 x# u# o% |7 z1 gAbstract: (2) unique/new employment opportunities in the Transitions Program. As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports.

  z. u; D; x5 V% \- uKey Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent.

0 Z* M# I1 g2 m" a0 r  P5 E/ g(a) Case Manager in DECSA's Job Placement Program, you will support clients with documented disabilities on a one-to-one basis with job placement. The ideal candidate has a background working with people with disabilities & has the ability to actively market/place clients in the current local labour market. Position # 08-09-01.
