最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

则取消以后活动的权利。活动人员主要有三方面的问题：一，晚九点半仍不离开体

协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路

Thanks for the phone call back. I need to point out a couple of things:

1. Several members of your group are refusing to leave at the end of the0 b. Q0 z9 k6 t2 _+ [, o T5 p; ~
rental session. I have you booked until 9:30 p.m. at the very latest (which' @ C6 J) Y N* m* o( U
should include all of your clean up time as well). The custodian has been
8 p* c: R0 h$ Whassled on many occasions and the group insists they are booked until 10:30
# e+ e0 ~- P# }6 ap.m. They will not vacate when asked. Should this happen again, I have instructed
; q# E2 v1 j) Ythe custodian to call the police and have your group members removed from" u5 p; n V( H0 ^# c
the premises. If I have to do this, the department will be cancelling your

2. In the short time your group has been using the gym, several group members2 ^$ k1 \% S4 w/ z U
have been very disrespectful to our custodial staff (foul language, gestures,
0 t2 v: Q" K! |. fetc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure( r5 B& f$ D. g. ^% v
this does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind
, u, l) x& Q) g0 yof treatment from a group using premises free of charge.1 _# ^9 U, a& d' a+ C. Q$ }
3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are
/ @# w& W) j- Z# o% ONOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas* \/ B# a. L o1 D! E# F
that are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every
2 ^/ `* |4 C" W8 j, g1 P& a3 Uendeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the7 Z0 W2 j, ]+ E; h' r
work load of the custodial staff sometimes prevents this from happening% W% C7 l, V r' n
in the correct timeline. Please remind everyone that they are guests in5 @6 ^: I# n$ y( R
our building but are expected to remain in the gymnasium area only.
