We select only the top candidates and those with exceptional skills have the opportunity to advance as store managers and to work in a variety of locations throughout Canada.

, j- }5 l* i4 L/ `Individuals who do not have the ability/skill to become managers may be offered continued position as a staff member if positions are available. All candidates must undergo 90-day probationary period in which they are subject to periodic review of their performance/progress.
