我只有7号牌,没有5号牌,没有办法开车.

first, i suggest to take driver training.

0 B% G/ N* ^" J5 O+ h) i5 R; e3 Xhave good car control skills. then whenever
you get a chance, ask(or beg)your friend or family
9 L6 s3 t" L+ ~  S! Q4 yto let you drive. but make sure whoever
# P) r; o, N$ msitting beside must have a non-gdl license.

马路如虎口

hopefully, by the time you are ready (after 1 year) for
the road test. you should have accumulated over 400 hours
+ Q5 L- d7 \- S+ t. Y5 Eof driving time on you belt. passing that simple road test
: O" D# P' k$ u) q- tshould be a piece of cake.

好像7号牌可以开车吧，只要你找个5号牌（非GDL）的人坐在你身边~~~~

是可以， 但是出了事故， 这位5号高级牌的兄弟保险要涨很多

没办法,只能多等上1年,慢慢熬吧,日子过得很快的

不差这一年，很快就过去。有7号牌可以到驾校学车了。
