( s" E" G- D' }( l0 O. ERecently OPEC reduced crude oil production twice over just a few & h$ t2 s' O1 R
months. There are three wars going on in Gaza, Iraq and Afghandistan. ) p b3 ?% s' M8 s
A year ago these things would have spiked the price of crude oil by at 5 F0 d, ]0 G/ v
least $50.00 per barrel. Today, oil price declined by a record amount.

3 K, v g6 ?1 B5 w/ x2. New natural gas has been found in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

8. Cities and counties throughout the US are selling the rights to
/ y/ ^$ T/ z7 ocapture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas

oil.

9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 0 N2 o: A8 E" A3 O' n) H i1 N
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into

10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy

changing. The important thing is that OPEC no longer has the ability $ @ Z! G: g; Z z$ J7 t6 Y$ Z
