Restricted Dogs

The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:
( D3 M- w! N8 u9 b2 @9 @, u" N8 O% _3 O, ?( P
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
5 r3 u9 R+ t- W# @8 CThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
1 @3 D) ?2 F$ E$ ?+ b6 SThat has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act : W, Y- x7 \+ N( x0 S5 @. W5 \, H
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
& f, Q1 p: k3 f& XCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
