That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw : h- O5 m6 Z$ Y3 Q% `1 Y$ Z: P
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
& C: }) l6 N1 V( ?Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
7 j/ t, X/ V* UCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
