Labour Force Solutions is seeking a Job Recruitment/Retention Specialist to support  North Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR management, and/or social work and must be a self-starter.

PLUS: current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2 to 4 successful years of job placement/retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
