The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

8 Y/ y9 N7 n$ W( D& R  V/ T* }In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD., \# `0 }( `# Q, F6 U- X) M
. C% S8 E" p, p' g0 n
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

BE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
+ D) x6 U( B( @  \3 L' v: e. s6 r- v+ ]' t9 y; p
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
* p# Q3 R: I7 P% A# G+ |9 ], X+ w% h# m1 j! c% Z9 x2 x: n2 u
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
9 }: K" i* L$ `" @- r7 r6 H: ?9 R' y. E2 ]+ k5 y. @" y5 y& z
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO+ A: _4 w7 w. x) l

* T0 y: M! [$ @; K6 mBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................2 j, X7 }: l9 z

; D" l4 h* x. I9 \; oHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
7 \# z/ {. z# ]1 w3 P% s+ L所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。; K4 m/ l! H- Z/ B( y$ @
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)" O( v8 P1 U6 h
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!$ L$ w" C1 a# V2 Z: K) D7 m
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
2 F$ F7 O- D, u再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
1 W3 n. e, x  X後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator: Y; E: v; c3 l9 V
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
1 y" I7 \3 y& {" i/ P- mDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
+ o; E4 F; X& b
2 t+ U  S$ @6 H, Z" D9 e* X最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
( ]5 H+ \1 p1 h6 m  f1 b! Z(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
' k2 y& o  V0 K再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?  V" e- ~, B3 {6 L4 a
4 h2 v$ A! T( c: O
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情  f, y% _. g: L: {0 Q
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
/ ^9 q; d% v5 z0 X這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!2 g/ T* j" p; [9 ^0 U; X
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!9 x# j" O5 U0 B
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
( C. _# O4 |7 Y* o日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。0 m3 b) t* y2 \6 ^
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.+ M, t6 [! K( ^  z( R# q9 _1 ^
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
