9 w! [, V1 `, E$ Z8 b' eWe require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project. % ^: k0 I3 F* n" a
1 m t; i2 F; N' w. D. x+ ADuties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.

You possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.0 k. T! F& w/ B) Q( H# b/ r

PLUS: ability to work independently; sensitivity to deadlines; experience drafting documents/working in web-based environment essential; volunteer or work experience with nonprofit/voluntary organizations an asset; understanding charities' obligations a bonus. 9 U4 w! b( m* p7 q
