Responsibilities:
-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
2 W# H7 r$ z5 Y$ Q; i-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

4 \  ~7 l" a: Z+ _Qualifications:
( Z; F8 w  @6 P" Q-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
8 p+ T; f9 V! [: x/ X1 h7 V        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
) A& l7 U+ m7 u-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
" ]" V, [! g' L7 F-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
) t6 `3 o6 f8 T7 G3 }; D-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
0 v7 c  T. K9 ]6 z% v-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
8 i, p! h# _. \8 L+ m: Z-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
' ?% o( P5 V+ B* J( Z! y-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

" a1 W" x, [. \. a9 |-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
