Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
3 `9 T$ c' j' `1 m: i To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
' h0 Z8 f7 J3 k) ?  B- X7 d& [! v To help promote the program in the community.
! U" n8 B2 u. k& W' J To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
! E3 [8 |. @4 R To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
7 j' K/ @! F: [6 y To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

- ~" |# A: ~- Z( yQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
9 j0 {0 H4 k$ I& }+ K- G( c Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
