Key Responsibilities:
8 K- |1 L5 w2 `" }1 U; ?0 J To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
) ], b  y% [4 `. O! g, N To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
8 A- J' N/ h7 j3 W* e To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
; r3 T8 }$ b9 G! m Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
' C/ ]' s- T9 E7 D5 H Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance

Hourly salary range is $8 to $10/hour
