Housing Program Worker

8 G  I7 k/ i' M) |0 q/ UKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
' ]; g2 _2 o4 X To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
& X4 i8 K  ^1 k  @ 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
! t" ]( ]) m% \ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
& b. U+ D! ~7 @, O" t6 i: p. Z Current CPR and First Aid certifications
% B. K9 ^% y* [. ?3 N3 ? Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
