The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department.  The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.4 _, l4 [) D6 O9 c9 X; N% W3 Q

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload.  The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.5 m- n% l" j: v" h+ b

Job Duties/Responsibilities:( R5 y; Z3 F5 q3 j' y
•        Human Resources Management3 _- j8 ~- O! u+ P
•        Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
5 |% C& ?8 G$ Y; G6 O( _•        Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
; O4 o! T( c/ w, p•        Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
. V' |" I; b4 d6 t( x$ ~8 A•        Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet         requirements for delivery of services! }& h% c; `) _" _8 y( j; p+ }1 b
•        Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

Program Delivery0 M; c& `/ \2 ]  {4 G
•        Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
, i% c5 z. }* D& s# l. |•        Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes; p! h, q& o$ I3 h2 V. |7 w7 z
•        Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
# i9 L6 u+ ?. J$ Q•        Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
+ z2 Z; [% B0 S; P•        Review service action plans and support programs as requested
' q% x6 s' E% Q4 I7 o/ W# b2 a•        Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department7 p3 S* t# M4 z* D
•        Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

Administration
9 s' E( H2 n  S- @9 }; c•        Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
- N: K/ R9 ^, {0 ]( p•        Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
5 C, ]8 `' g) e5 V% F•        Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required

. `) K" D; i9 o) i8 r% |( f( F- }. a: {1 y& E
•        Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
6 D" a2 p- @2 e. D•        Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities1 M: U/ h4 h  i& {2 R; ~+ y, ~$ r* a
•        Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience; L6 F5 `' E  y, K4 l' p8 |
•        Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
" r# N5 E+ g) q0 N3 c/ m•        Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
9 S& b/ R; E' {3 V$ d, H2 g, l•        Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Y, y4 g2 ?& j$ G( o& Q
