The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.( c) _; d" c1 C- r' s6 h, H: D. Q
4 Q: a7 ]% o, QThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

( g/ U: p. h/ _+ f7 c• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities 8 b2 ?' w x. j3 d$ f
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors % j) v9 ]4 e2 v/ H; Q. _
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities! Y9 u" J( v! w3 g
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services, c, x5 X" i- _& `
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities" @: `* N7 } P0 V9 ]$ F* O% I4 ^$ j! e U

Program Delivery
3 l# ~2 ^! k% }$ u• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
( ?7 N: E! z. ?; _9 o! `7 j6 V+ W• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes/ Y% P4 q5 P' I, x. C
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required4 R7 M( S0 S/ {8 }
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication$ Y" e4 N- e3 C+ J+ A# M
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested, p' A7 h' I8 t0 h+ V
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
2 M& X, X% y+ C J& e# @9 m' [" Y' i• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director! S+ R) v7 x( g0 t( f
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review

Qualifications:. n, s$ t+ r( m7 ~" H1 o
3 `- L* r6 W7 z: a n• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field1 g' L) f) l; q3 _
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
9 n. ^ W! E! f• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
; K0 X0 Z, Q7 O8 U• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations

; g' X, l& e* D• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office% j' c; @, E) Z8 }
