Key Responsibilities:
/ ?3 B8 Y5 N8 T0 I* s& N To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
8 N- ~9 o- X: k To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
& z3 y# ^/ R" O  m To help promote the program in the community.
, U# t4 J" a( @ To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
3 z5 h6 `5 m, n, `, f; C9 u  L To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

$ r/ O, H. Z# T5 lQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
/ a' ^5 x9 j" L+ P& R Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
/ C: N, b  H% s- N& p' I; A  }5 s Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
" t! g+ C* Q) E' r  J: { Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
