Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:

Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
4 L  w+ Z" i; {8 [
" v1 r9 [  Y" Y! aA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

- P- H) U8 k4 S" m" k" ~I am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

xp应该有很多中文输入键盘格式可以选，你选的哪一种?
