BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

  u: K8 V( U3 oThis is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
( D& i) M4 }# H( V) @  p/ W4 h
! w- }6 X% F8 r/ ^7 R, r  ~7 FThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.  
     
& s0 b; T8 q" s  O5 r Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
   Barrier Methods
   Hormonal Methods
7 e0 T& n: d+ N, r, X                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada

8 z( P8 L+ a9 h0 S, n; E        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
