有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。 + U8 {! m. G3 v5 ]+ l" ]* Y' |) s, Q, `1 z* a9 `
做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
