just flour and water, that's it. ( h6 @6 @+ t' y6 j/ \My parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good e* s4 {: d2 \# i* z9 |) A& ?9 ~) a/ e! F: T; S I( k
