sell cheap for a reason. Few years 3~4 houses on the same whitemud drive sled into the river. Do you want take the chance?

Even this may not slide into the river like the others did few years ago, soil settlement/shifting  will make a problem. That is why the price is so appealing.

5 Q# d- B% J+ a6 p  E3 y也不是预谋买家抢房的。这房本来要70多万，一路慢慢降下来的。最大缺点是外表一般，厨房特小，对面是差房子。

当然降到目前价位也差不多了。

/ V  y- O: i4 p- @5 @3 G8 A这房背后靠的地块刚重建了个“城隍庙”，虽说不合小黄口味，但好歹是个百万以上的房子。整个区位不便宜。
