; T% C5 H0 l0 z& EKey Responsibilities Include:
' f$ r' E* k i3 [: l6 ?Activity Planning and Daily Activity
. u0 T4 l8 e+ J9 `3 X! W• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.3 ^# I+ y+ D! |$ a! @& `' |: y b
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring. : W! y% i" O# n0 l t
• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, % f+ U' K6 ^, I% i) ~. G
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants./ x* J/ o; m5 b- m: k
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
# c, N. @- s5 O1 ], e; O• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.: \% {: u; I6 g' G; c

The successful candidate will have:
( q/ A# a6 @6 C, O- S4 ]( u• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting$ G" H. G$ n" v! \( L
• Experience with children L3 R2 v' t7 F
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth A z# B8 w' @" P& Q
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.
R8 B. S9 B( j; N• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
/ m& E2 g: M+ Z• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources' E t$ q: W1 F5 u7 `; Q8 U Y
• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check + Y/ | {/ ^8 n' Q
• Documentation of a clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check
