Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

* I  Z  P: ~" m+ H" r) u4 E1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

; d* }' x& Y8 x% v& A# v% N. _" v+ `Key Responsibilities Include:

0 V$ B& t* E, h& I* V( VActivity Planning and Daily Activity
, K. {3 F" b$ ?5 q•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
* G/ }# f# ]' q' W& u•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code
5 w; K6 v- h* `+ }+ f% S7 w. g3 E
! q2 F+ ^) p2 M$ y/ U; o% bThe successful candidate will have:
% W5 E: ?7 f5 e' H0 [3 n; e
•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
•        Experience with children
•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
" z3 s; O; @. v# C•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
# J' v* V0 y. a& E! r% z' }•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
