I know Enmax, Direct Energy, and Alberta Energy Savings (AES) offer energy contracts. But which one is better?

Regulated or unregulated?

我也想请教一下，建新房子的话，一般搬进去之前多久开始联系水，电，气等公司阿？还有房屋保险等等。多谢了
