Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.

其实很多东西的价格在这里的mark up太多了,所以才造成大家觉着东西那么贵。 ( v- y# E" [. M) D, A; \& t- Y/ C9 D/ e! e( K
我们的房子除了洗手间是tile之外,其余房间都是实木地板,是很好的实木地板。但是我们的地板价格算下来比地毯还便宜,原因就是我们自己进口的。另外自己安装大部分,省了很多人工费用。+ S' w. X% n4 j+ Z
