Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

For examples: 5 `5 p$ S' r; t/ ]0 U1. 50 years warranty singles vs 25 years ones. ; V. R- E L: x5 c6 e2. garage w/concrete foundation vs. those w/footings. - c5 M/ ^' _5 ?3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). & j# Y% P6 S t4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof.! ^# C$ x: y3 B1 w, l
5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling. 9 L4 Q' n: W/ k) q. r5 b# O- [ A6. .................
A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
