A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. This is a position that requires strong customer service skills, as it works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to provide the best possible information and assistance.

• Answer multi line telephone system

• Arrange courier services for all departments7 ^1 S, [+ b" k
• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail

! O$ h% ^ X# ?- m2 h. I• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency
: g1 O/ j' q( c• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration4 A( L' C4 [. @3 r: w0 `
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers
4 Y, @; C G" D* ^• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required, O) J9 f) { d5 s

8 m6 a+ G1 f+ b# m" v" y8 ~0 w7 E" R• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures+ E' A& C4 ~( [% N, O$ R" Y9 K2 ]
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
